We had an enjoyable stay at a peaceful and picturesque countryside location. The spacious rooms and beautiful garden were the best aspects. The food served at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the convenience of accepting card payments and the assistance provided in organizing transportation.
The location was a little remote and difficult to access without a car. the service could have been more attentive, with delays in the readiness of the rooms and slow service in the restaurant.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location close to major attractions in the area, next to a stream and right next to the winery. the rooms are clean and tidy with a good view of the surrounding landscape. the friendly staff provides excellent service and prepares a delicious breakfast with traditional dishes. the beautiful shady garden with roses and fruit-trees is ideal to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The credit card machine seems to have frequent issues, so it's better to carry cash.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel located in a quiet village, right at the foothills of the beautiful Caucasus mountains. This hotel is tucked away behind the village, surrounded by vineyards, creating a serene and remote atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the value for money. It was an ideal base for exploring the picturesque Kvareli and Telavi districts of Kakheti region.
There is nothing that I believe needs improvement in this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes. the staff was helpful and gave great tips on what to do in the area. the garden was absolutely stunning, with beautiful flowers and fruit trees. the tour of the winery was really interesting , we learned a lot about the local wine, making process. the location was perfect, just a short walk from a spectacular castle and with amazing views of the mountains.
The room was a bit disappointing , it was dark and poorly designed, with only one small window and a poorly functioning shower. It was also quite noisy at night, as there were people talking loudly outside.

During my recent stay at Chateau, I had the pleasure of experiencing their amazing wine tour. Nini, the manager, personally guided us through the winery and shared her extensive knowledge of the local wine production and history. She even arranged for a free laundry service, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby area and immersing ourselves in the local wine traditions. The beautiful garden added to the relaxing ambiance of the hotel. I highly recommend Chateau for a great wine experience.
